DESCRIPTION Hi everyone I am Sergio, I am pleased to be able to accommodate you in my house by the sea, with the sole aim of making you spend a pleasant and unforgettable vacation for a minimum period of two nights to a maximum of seven nights. My guests must feel as if they were at home, I am very available to give all the information on what is on the territory, the beaches, what to visit, how to travel by public transport and try to satisfy your requests. My house is 20 meters from the sea, where in the evening the waterfront is closed to car traffic and you can make some good ones walks and admire the moon reflected in the sea, it is also safe for those with small children. In the evening we can admire the wonderful sunsets photographed by everyone. Near my house there is the Mediterranean pine forest where jogging, horseback riding, and for the little ones there is an adventure park, with safety-compliant structures, where they can climb trees or go from tree to tree crossing wooden bridges suspended. Nearby we have the tourist port where you can take walks along the docks and admire the little ones moored boats or enjoy ice cream at the bar. The apartment is a furnished, semi-basement and fresh apartment 20 meters from the sea and from pebble, rocky or sandy beaches (private and not). Composed outside by a private courtyard furnished with chairs, benches and table for breakfast or dinner outdoors small sofa with armchairs to relax or read after spending a day by the sea or the nearby cities of art. Inside we have a large dining room with a dining table, a sofa bed, a kitchenette with dishes, glasses, cutlery, crockery, a fridge with a small freezer, a hob, detergents and sponges. In the room we have a wardrobe to store your clothes and the double bed 160 x 190 cm (for the little ones there is a camping cot and a high chair). In the bathroom with shower there is a hairdryer and soaps. Guest Access The independent apartment is all available to guests including the courtyard. During the winter the parking is free, but in the summer the Municipality has ordered the payment of 4 euros per day every day from 01 June to 15 September from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm and Friday, Saturday and Sunday also from 20.00 to 1.00 |
